Education & Engagement

The fresh food donated to The FoodCentres Project is more than just food: it is our principle resource, and we invest that resource directly into the community we live in. The key to any successful food justice movement is food literacy: knowing how to grow, cook, and eat whole foods. Our educational and engagement events give community members the chance to get their hands dirty in the garden, approach cooking skills at their own level, and get a taste for new and exciting flavors.
